CeRam-Grout GC is an advanced ceramic-epoxy grouting material designed to handle the toughest corrosion pitting problems in steel and the most difficult cracking and spalling problems in concrete. It is a modified epoxy resin system filled to its maximum capacity with several types of ceramic materials. It is cured with a proprietary curing agent.

CeRam-Grout GC's resin structure and high ceramic content produces a non-shrinking material which resists thermal and mechanical shock. It may be used alone or together with CeRam-Kote 54®, Freecom's high performance ceramic epoxy thin-film spray-applied coating material.

Benefits

CeRam-Grout GC has several benefits over ordinary grouting compounds:

• performs as a high build material with a one pass application over severely
corroded and pitted structures and tank bottoms
• reduces labor costs
• resists thermal and mechanical shock
• adheres to most substrates
• exhibits unsurpassed wear, due to its high ceramic content, when applied to
equipment, tanks, concrete structures, floors, loading docks and walls
• performs well in most industrial environments

Suggested uses for CeRam-Grout GC:
